CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that cancellations and changes need to be done at least 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time.
You can do that either by calling +4525792501 or messaging on facebook/instagram.
In case you do not cancel in good time, then a fee of 50% of the price of your booking will be charged.
If you don't show up without informing us first, then a 100% fee will be charged.
This will be done either by an invoice or by adding the fee on your next appointment.

Any change or cancellation before the 24hour mark is free of charge.
These policies are subject to change as needed in the future.

AFBUDSPOLITIK
Vær venligst opmærksom på, at afbud og ændringer skal ske senest 24 timer før din aftale.
Du kan melde afbud enten ved at ringe på +45 25 79 25 01 eller sende en besked på Facebook/Instagram.
Hvis du ikke melder afbud i tide, opkræves et gebyr på 50% af behandlingens pris.
Ved udeblivelse uden besked opkræves 100% af behandlingens pris.
Gebyret betales enten via faktura eller lægges oveni din næste behandling.
Ændringer og afbud mere end 24 timer før aftalen er gratis.
Disse regler kan tilpasses i fremtiden efter behov.
